Comfortable stay with lovely views
Astoria Riverwalk Inn offers stunning marina views from every room, complemented by easy access to downtown attractions. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and breakfast provided a nice variety. some areas, like maintenance and cleanliness, could use improvement for a truly great experience.

The hotel offers a lot of food that was fab.

Beautiful and great hotel next to a motorway. The rooms with the balcony wrapped around both sides, very very nice staff during check-out. Incredibly nice breakfast — lots of meals...
Not excellent breakfast.

I was really let down by our “premium” room. The view was blocked by a building and the decor felt like a mishmash from a garage sale. It just didn’t feel special at all, which was super disappointing.

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms need updating and better cleanliness.

Awe-inspiring views of the water and the thrilling sound of a cruise ship’s horn made for a memorable backdrop. The beds and linens were perfectly comfortable, though the bathroom definitely needed attention—mirrors and cleanliness were not up to par. The staff were friendly, but service could be spotty, with requests often ignored. Breakfast was generous, but minor annoyances like dated amenities and maintenance issues lingered. The location is ideal for exploring, but it feels like the place could use a refresh to match the beauty outside.

The hotel was huge, and the meals were great, I loved the awesome location very close to the riverwalk, the other attractions and the harbor. Delightfully helpful staff made the experience here very nice. Early check-in & excellent service.

The memory-foam mattress was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. Our room featured a sliding glass door that opened to a small balcony overlooking the marina, offering breathtaking views of the Columbia River and the Astoria Bridge. The ambiance was notably quiet, allowing for peaceful relaxation. While breakfast offered a decent variety, the coffee lacked flavor. The room itself was clean but showed signs of wear; the bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning. the beautiful view and comfortable bed made up for some minor inconveniences.

hotel keeps its promises. our room had a balcony to the harbour side, so it was very quiet. all in all, house was not as well-listened as others. room was absolutely clean and comfortable. breakfast buffet was sufficient and fully equipped according to the manual. it is funny to see at the end of the trip that each hotel really offers exactly the same thing. hotel is located right at the beginning of the village and is therefore easy to reach.

The room was nice and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the marina. The breakfast had a decent selection, but could use some improvement in terms of variety. The room had a quirky decor which I found interesting, but the carpet looked a bit worn out and could use some updating. The heating system was not very efficient and the room was quite cold when I arrived. The bathroom vent didn't work well, but they provided a floor fan which helped with the steam. I appreciated the effort to provide free toiletries, but the room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee facilities. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, but the remote was difficult to operate.

beautiful view from the balcony to the boats.
room respectively the accommodation is quite aged. for the fact that the location is great, furniture would have to be renewed. tv did not work, only after several times plugging and unplugging all cables.

The view from the balcony is exceptional. Overlooking the marina and the Astoria Bridge, it’s worth the modest price alone. The memory-foam mattress is wonderfully firm, offering solid comfort for a good night's sleep. the room was lacking. The carpets showed signs of neglect, and a persistent odor from the pet-friendly policy was off-putting. The overall appearance felt dated, and service fell short when addressing concerns. Simple fixes could elevate the experience significantly. This place has a strong foundation—it just needs a little fortification.
